Blog 05: 『リラックマと遊園地』

For this blog, I decided to watch a series that I find so adorable: Rilakkuma's Theme Park Adventure!

I had seen the series 'Rilakkuma and Kaoru' many years ago, but a new series came out recently in 2022! I personally love the character Rilakkuma, which is what drew me into watching the series.

I had originally watched the series in Spanish dub, but this time I put it in Japanese with subtitles in order to understand.

Right away, I was able recognize Japanese words and phrases that I used to not know before. An example is when the theme park employee congratulated Rilakkuma for winning a prize by saying, おめでとう ございます.' I was also able to recognize words in hiragana in the posters around the theme park.

I loved the series's introduction with its adorable characters, the delicious sweets, and the relaxing song in the background.

I found the parts where Rilakkuma couldn't go on the rides due to his weight or height funny as he was excited to win the Special Pancake.

The first episode ended in a cliffhanger, making me want to watch the next episode immediately! If you ever want to watch a cute, entertaining series during your free time, I recommend watching Rilakkuma's Theme Park Adventure!
